The median home price in Frisco rose to $715,000 in April 2025 — a 2.9% increase year-over-year. Despite the market slowdown in other areas, Frisco remains a highly sought-after suburb, supporting strong price growth amid rising supply.
Active listings grew to 823 (▲ 66.6% YoY), while closed sales fell to 187 (▼ 10.5%). Months of inventory climbed to 4.5, signaling more buyer flexibility and a shift toward market equilibrium.
