why is the photo shoot so important?

In today’s digital-first market, 95% of homebuyers start their search online—and their decision to schedule a showing often comes down to the photos. Online exposure is critical to getting a competitive price and a fast sale for your property. Thanks to our digital marketing expertise and the Coldwell Banker® brand’s top online presence, we’ll ensure your home is seen by the right buyers and stands out from the competition.

Professional photography is more than just beautiful pictures—it’s what creates that first emotional connection. Stunning visuals help buyers imagine themselves living in your space, sparking the desire to see it in person. Great photos can lead to increased interest, more showings, stronger offers, and ultimately, a quicker and more successful sale.

Our photographer specializes in capturing a home’s essence and accentuating its best features. To make the most of your photoshoot, a few simple steps can help your home shine:

  • Clean and declutter: A tidy, organized home feels more spacious and inviting.

  • Stage strategically: Arrange furniture and décor to highlight flow, focal points, and comfort.

  • Maximize curb appeal: Your exterior shot is often the first impression—keep landscaping fresh and walkways clean.

  • Let the light in: Open curtains and blinds to create a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

  • Handle small fixes: Replace bulbs, touch up paint, and address minor repairs to ensure a polished look.

A member of The Dunnican Team will be present at your photoshoot to coordinate every detail and handle any last-minute adjustments. Together, we’ll make sure your home dazzles online—and attracts motivated buyers ready to make their move.
